Dream International Limited was formally known as C & H Toy of HK Co., Ltd. which was set up in . Hong Kong in May 1992 by C & H Co., Ltd. (Seoul, Korea). In July 2003 Dream International Limited acquired the plush. stuffed toy operation of C & H Co., Ltd., changing the name of this operation to Dream INKO Co., Ltd.
